The Liv Tempt 24 Disc 2027 in Icicle White is a versatile 24-inch kids bike for neighbourhood exploring, family bike paths and gentle dirt trails. With an ALUXX aluminium frame, front suspension, Shimano 7-speed gearing and mechanical disc brakes, it helps young riders build confidence while enjoying more time outdoors.
The Liv Tempt 24 Disc features an ALUXX-grade aluminium frame designed around smaller riders. Its low standover height makes getting on and off easier, while a low centre of gravity helps create stable, predictable handling. Whether riding around the suburb or following the family along a winding path, the frame gives young cyclists room to develop their balance and bike-handling skills.
A 50mm suspension fork helps soften bumps from uneven paths, gravel tracks and light trails. Combined with 24-inch wheels and Giant Junior Sport 24×1.95-inch tyres, the Liv Tempt 24 Disc offers a comfortable, versatile setup for everyday riding. It is a practical choice for children whose adventures take them beyond smooth pavement onto park tracks and easy dirt routes.
Mechanical disc brakes distinguish the Liv Tempt 24 Disc from the standard Tempt 24. A 160mm front rotor and 140mm rear rotor provide controlled stopping, with junior brake levers designed to suit smaller hands. This gives young riders accessible braking control as they learn to manage their speed on corners, slopes and changing surfaces.
The Shimano REVOSHIFT twist shifter lets riders change gears without taking their hands away from the grips. A single front chainring keeps operation straightforward, while seven rear gears help them find a comfortable pedalling rhythm on flats and gentle climbs. The Liv Tempt 24 Disc pairs a Shimano Tourney rear derailleur with 14–34T rear gearing and a 32T chainring for a useful everyday range.
Giant Junior grips, a tapered kids handlebar and the Grit Core Lite saddle create a cockpit suited to growing cyclists. Shorter 140mm cranks help smaller legs pedal comfortably, and the crankset includes a chain guard. Platform pedals provide a familiar surface for everyday shoes, making the Liv Tempt 24 Disc easy to enjoy on casual outings and family rides.
The Liv Tempt 24 Disc comes with a bell, kickstand, sport fender and rear derailleur protector. These practical additions suit regular neighbourhood riding, from parking the bike between outings to helping reduce spray from damp paths. The Icicle White finish completes a bike that is ready for everyday adventures.
The Liv Tempt 24 Disc is designed for riders approximately 130–150cm tall who are ready for a geared 24-inch bike. It suits suburban riding, family outings, bike paths and light off-road exploring. For a child moving up from a smaller bike, it offers a useful combination of manageable controls, front suspension and disc braking as their skills and riding distances grow.
