Returns

Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, the following terms and conditions apply:

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may return an item for a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • All returns must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If an item has been opened/fitted/damaged packing the refund will not be provided.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
    Once you receive your RMA number, please securely package the item(s) and include the RMA number inside the package.
  • Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team.

3. Returned Item Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Refunds will not be provided if we do not receive the item.

4. Restocking Fee & Initial Shipping Costs

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing returns.
  • If the item was delivered with free shipping, customers will also be responsible for the Australia Post shipping costs incurred by George’s Bike Shop Balcatta for the initial order.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
  • If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days, minus the restocking fee and original shipping costs (if applicable).

6. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to obtain a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

8. Changes to Return Policy

  • We reserve the right to update or change our Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
