The Giant Seek 1 2026 in Raw Aluminium is a premium junior performance bike designed for young riders ready to take the next step. Featuring a lightweight ALUXX-grade aluminium frame, Advanced-grade composite fork, TRP Vistar 12-speed wireless electronic shifting, hydraulic disc brakes and carbon 650B wheels, it delivers serious road bike performance in a youth-specific package.
At George’s Bike Shop Balcatta, every Giant Seek 1 is professionally assembled with the included 35mm Giant Crosscut Grip gravel tyres fitted. The original 28mm Giant Gavia Course road tyres are also supplied, giving young riders the option to enjoy both gravel adventures and fast road riding.
The Giant Seek 1 2026 is designed to give young riders genuine versatility. With the 35mm Giant Crosscut Grip gravel tyres fitted, it offers extra comfort, grip and confidence on mixed terrain. The included 28mm Giant Gavia Course road tyres can also be fitted when the rider wants a faster, lighter-feeling setup for sealed roads, training rides and family road cycling.
The TRP Vistar wireless electronic drivetrain gives the Seek 1 crisp, precise gear changes with minimal hand effort. Paired with a Shimano 105 12-speed 11-36T cassette and simple 30T 1x crankset, it offers easy operation and a practical gear range for young riders building confidence on climbs, flats and rolling terrain.
A premium Giant SLR 1 40 Carbon Disc 650B WheelSystem helps keep weight low while improving speed, responsiveness and ride quality. The smaller 650B wheel size is purpose-built for young riders, helping improve balance, handling and control compared with oversized adult-style road bike wheels.
The lightweight ALUXX aluminium frame, Advanced-grade composite fork, short-reach Giant Contact SL Lite handlebar and youth-specific brake lever ergonomics are designed to suit smaller riders. This helps create a more natural fit, easier control and greater comfort for young cyclists around 130–150cm tall.
Tektro TR-35 hydraulic disc brakes with 140mm rotors provide smooth, predictable stopping power for lighter riders. Combined with the fitted gravel tyres, the Giant Seek 1 offers excellent control for young riders exploring roads, bike paths and light gravel routes.
