The Shimano RT-CL750 features a thicker 2.2mm stainless steel rotor, increasing stiffness while improving braking consistency under heavy braking loads. The additional material improves heat capacity, extends rotor life, and better withstands impacts from rocks and trail debris compared to traditional 1.8mm rotors.
With a 200mm rotor diameter, the RT-CL750 delivers increased braking leverage and improved heat dissipation over smaller rotors. It provides powerful stopping performance for trail, enduro, downhill and e-MTB riders while maintaining excellent braking modulation on long descents.
Shimano’s CENTER LOCK mounting system allows fast and secure rotor installation using a spline interface and lockring. The design improves mounting precision and rotor rigidity while simplifying installation and removal compared to traditional 6-bolt rotors.
